As well as the formal vacancies, there are always other ways to get involved in the life of the Church now, and opportunities that will arise in the future. It takes many different people and skills to run a diocese or parish. In addition to ministry roles there are a range of administration and governance committees (finance, property, HR, etc.), administrative support positions and other support or advisory roles.
